1. Data controller
Velqenix Capital, S.A.P.I. de C.V., I.F.C., with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 21, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Mexico City, is the controller of your personal data under the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulation in force in 2026.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect the data you provide when subscribing to the newsletter, registering on the platform or signing crowdlending contracts: full name, email, phone number, Mexican tax ID (RFC), CURP, proof of address, official identification and banking details required for your investment.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) send you information about real estate crowdlending opportunities in Mexico; (b) verify your identity under AML/KYC regulations; (c) formalise digital lending contracts; (d) report returns and tax obligations to the SAT; and (e) improve our services through aggregated analytics.
4. Transfers
We may transfer your data to trust institutions, notaries, regulatory authorities (CNBV, UIF, SAT) and technology providers operating under confidentiality clauses and standards equivalent to the LFPDPPP.
5. ARCO rights
You can access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to privacy@velqenix.com. We will address your request within a maximum period of 20 business days under article 32 of the LFPDPPP.
6. Use of cookies and technologies
We use first-party and third-party cookies under the Google Consent Mode v2 standard. You can adjust your preferences from the cookie banner or consult the detail in our Cookie Policy.
7. Changes to this notice
